Established in 1878, Ayinger Brewery still follows the Reinheitsgebot, the Bavarian Purity Law, established in 1516 through William IV. All additives are prohibited by Bavarian Purity law: no other ingredients than water, barley and wheat malt, hops and yeast! (Additives are adjunct grains, head stabilizers, foaming agents, industrial sugars, colour and flavour enhancers).

Ayinger beers are characterized by their delicious balanced maltiness (not found in beers of major Munich breweries). Unlike the mass-market brewers, Ayinger uses a significant portion of locally-grown barley and wheat to produce their beers.

山藥味甘、性平,入肺、脾、腎經。

功效健脾胃,補肺氣,益腎精,滋養強壯,久服耳聰目明、延緩衰老。主治:用於脾虛食少、大便溏洩,肺虛咳喘,遺精尿頻,陰虛消渴。特別是山藥中含有的皂貳可以調整血壓, 降低血脂,抵抗腫瘤, 輔助治療癌症。

禁忌人群山藥有收澀的作用,故大便燥結者不宜食用;另外有實邪者忌食山藥。

適宜人群一般人群均可食用。適宜糖尿病患者、腹脹、病後虛弱者、慢性腎炎患者、長期腹瀉者。

山藥在《神農本草經》中列為上品,名為薯蕷,又名山芋,稱其「味甘溫,主傷中,補虛羸,除寒熱邪氣,補中,益氣力,長肌肉,久服耳目聰明,輕身,不饑,延年。」,山藥既能作主食,又可當蔬菜,同時還是一味重要的補益中藥。山藥補而不滯,不熱不燥,男女老少均宜。

傳說一個藥農進山採藥迷路,正當飢餓難忍,走投無路之時,一位老翁飄然而至,送給他兩根山藥解饑,從此,藥農多日不餓。於是他把山藥的奇功妙用以及在山中的奇遇傳遍了中原大地。

山藥的功效與作用

(一)山藥的功效

中醫認為,山藥味甘、無毒、生者性涼,熟則化涼為溫,入肺、脾、腎經。補脾養胃,生津益肺,補腎澀精。用於脾虛食少,久瀉不止,肺虛喘咳,腎虛遺精,帶下,尿頻,虛熱消渴。麩炒山藥補脾健胃。用於脾虛食少,洩瀉便溏,白帶過多。

《本經》:";主傷中,補虛,除寒熱邪氣,補中益氣力,長肌肉,久服耳目聰明。";

《別錄》:";主頭面游風,風頭(一作』頭風』)眼眩,下氣,止腰痛,治虛勞羸瘦,充五臟,除煩熱,強鑰。";

《藥性論》:";補五勞七傷,去冷風,止腰痛,鎮心神,補心氣不足,患人體虛羸,加而用之。";

《食療本草》:";治頭疼,助陰力。";

《傷寒蘊要》:";補不足,清虛熱。";

《本草綱目》:";益腎氣,健脾胃,止洩痢,化痰涎,潤皮毛。";

《日華子本草》:";助五臟,強筋骨,長志安神,主洩精健忘。";

健脾益胃、助消化作用

山藥含有澱粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物質,有利於脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平補脾胃的藥食兩用之品。不論脾陽虧或胃陰虛,皆可食用。臨床上常用治脾胃虛弱、食少體倦、洩瀉等病症。
