Delivery

1. Order Procedure

We accept credit card payment via Paypal or local bank transfer.

After you have checked out, we will process your order and send you a confirmation email within one working day  .

After confirming your payment, we will deliver your order within 3-4 working days. (Organic produce from New Territories is delivered on Wednesday afternoon/night every week)  If there's any item in your order which is out of stock, we will process a refund for you. 

Credit card:

  1. Pick your desired item, click 'Add to Bag'.
  2. Select 'Hong Kong' as your delivery destination.
  3. Select 'Paypal' as payment method. A 5% service fee will be charged by Paypal.
  4. Enter your delivery address and phone number. (providing us with two telephone numbers is highly recommend, as the deliveryman will need to call you to make sure that there is someone available to receive the goods at the delivery location. We reserve the right to charge the customer an additional shipping surcharge of not less than HK$70 if we cannot reach the customer by phone on the delivery day.)
  5. Enter the verification code. 
  6. By clicking 'Check Out', you will be transferred to the paypal page. At the paypal page, click 'pay with debit card or credit card', it will take you to a page where you can process your payment by filling in the necesscary information. if you are already a paypal member, you can simply login and process your payment.
  7. After your order has been made, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
  8. Please follow Paypal payment procedure and DO NOT press 'refresh' or 'back' to avoid payment errors.
  9. Once we have received the Paypal payment confirmation, A confirmation email will be sent to you and  the products will be delivered to you within 3 days.
  10. We will send you the tracking code from courier after sending out your products.
Bank Transfer:
  1. Pick your desired item, click 'Add to Bag'.
  2. Select 'Hong Kong' as your delivery destination.
  3. Select 'Bank Transfer' as payment method.
  4. Enter your delivery address
  5. Enter the verification code. 
  6. By clicking 'Check Out', your order will be made and we will process your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible.
  7. Please follow our payment procedure in the confirmation email, we will deliver the products to you within 3 days.
  8. We will send you the tracking code from courier after sending out your products.

2. Delivery Cost
  • Free delivery when you purchase over $540 (door to door service only).
  • If the amount of your order is below $540, the delivery charge will be $60 depending on the size of package.
  • If you got any inquiry about delivery, please call 9883 9093.
  • In case of bad weather (typhoon / heavy rain), our delivery service will be delayed.

 

3. Payment

We accept credit card payment via Paypal or local bank transfer to our accounts in Hang Seng Bank / HSBC/ Bank of China. 

 

If there is any product missing or if there are problems with the products we delivered , please email and notify us within 24 hours with photos . There will be no refund or exchange of goods if failing to report to us within 24 hours upon the arrival of the products. The time of the email that are sent and received, will be solely based on our e-mail system's time records.

 
If you have not received the goods within 18 hours after the e-mail notification has been sent out, please e-mail us within 18 hours. There will be no refund or replacement if your notification is received after 18 hours. The time of the email that are sent and received, will be solely based on our e-mail system's  time records.
 
Please keep the products that need to be exchanged or refunded. We reserve the right to check whether the products are truly defected. Without physical proof, we will not provide any refund or replacement .
 
The products and their packagings are carefully inspected before they are delivered. As taste is very objective, "not tasting good", "the taste is not what I expected" etc. cannot be used as  reasons for refund or replacement.
 
Our wine and beer are stored in a 24-hour air-conditioned room. As taste is very objective, "not tasting good", "the taste is not what I expected" etc. cannot be used as  reasons for refund or replacement.
 
We do not provide door-to door goods exchange service.
 
If our delivery man needs to place the delivery box at the door under the instructions of the customer, or no one is answering the door,  our phone calls , we will not be responsible if the delivery box is stolen/broken. There will not be any refund in such situation.
 
 
We reserve the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
