Winemaking:After reception, the grapes enter the pneumatic squeezer from which the “tear must” is collected and the alcoholic fermentation, result in this fresh and elegant wine.
Tasting notes:Citrine and pale colour. Fruity fragrance with smooth marks of tropical fruits. Slightly acid but fresh on the mouth. The end is smoothly sweet.
Gastronomy:Ideal on its own or to go along with fishes, salads and seafood dishes.
